개인정보의 처리

주식회사 넥스티오(이하 “회사”)는 Tendy 텐디(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하면서 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하고, 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적·항목 및 법적 근거)

회사는 다음 목적에 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 회원이 입력하거나 기능을 이용하는 과정에서 수집합니다. 프로필 사진과 위치정보는 가입 및 기본 서비스 제공을 위한 필수 항목이며, 그 밖의 선택 항목에 동의하지 않아도 기본 서비스는 이용할 수 있으나 해당 기능은 제한될 수 있습니다.

회사는 앱 화면, 제휴 인증사업자·소셜 로그인 사업자·앱마켓으로부터 개인정보를 수집하거나 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성되는 정보를 수집합니다. 결제카드 번호 등 결제수단 전체 정보는 앱마켓이 처리하며 회사가 직접 저장하지 않습니다.

제2조 (민감정보와 개인위치정보)

회사는 프로필의 종교처럼 민감정보에 해당할 수 있는 항목을 선택적으로 입력받을 때 별도 동의를 받고, 동의한 공개 범위와 추천 기능 제공에만 이용합니다.
정확한 위치정보는 가입 및 기본 서비스 제공을 위한 필수 항목이며, 별도의 위치정보 이용 동의와 위치기반서비스 이용약관에 따라 처리합니다. 다른 회원에게는 정확한 좌표를 공개하지 않습니다.
회원은 위치정보 처리에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있으나, 필수 위치정보 제공을 거부하거나 동의를 철회하면 가입 또는 기본 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.
회원은 민감정보 등 선택 항목을 입력하지 않거나 이미 입력한 값을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (앱 접근권한)

접근권한은 운영체제 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. 다만 필수인 사진·미디어 또는 위치 권한을 거부하거나 철회하면 가입 또는 기본 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다. 회사는 권한을 허용했다는 이유만으로 해당 정보 전체를 수집하지 않고 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 처리합니다.

제4조 (자동으로 수집되는 정보)

서비스 이용 과정에서 IP 주소, 접속 일시, 기기·운영체제 정보, 서비스 이용 기록, 오류·보안 로그가 자동으로 생성·수집될 수 있습니다. 회사는 이를 서비스 안정성, 보안, 부정이용 방지와 장애 분석에 이용합니다.
모바일 앱은 웹사이트 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 회사는 현재 맞춤형 광고를 위한 광고 식별자를 수집하거나 이용하지 않습니다.
회사가 향후 행태정보를 수집하거나 맞춤형 광고를 도입하는 경우 수집 항목, 방법, 목적, 보유기간과 거부 방법을 사전에 공개하고 필요한 동의를 받습니다.

보유와 파기

제5조 (개인정보의 보유·이용 기간)

회사는 원칙적으로 처리 목적을 달성하거나 회원이 계정을 삭제하면 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 다음 정보는 법령 또는 서비스 안전과 분쟁 대응을 위해 정해진 기간 동안 분리하여 보관합니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 파기 절차와 방법)

보유기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 법령에 따라 계속 보존해야 하는 정보는 별도의 저장공간에 분리하고 해당 목적 외에는 이용하지 않습니다.
전자적 파일은 복구·재생할 수 없도록 안전하게 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
회원이 계정을 삭제하면 서비스 화면에서 계정과 프로필이 비활성화되고, 법정 보존 또는 다른 회원과의 분쟁 대응에 필요한 정보를 제외한 개인정보를 파기 절차에 따라 삭제합니다.

외부 처리와 제공

제7조 (개인정보 처리업무의 위탁)

회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 업무를 위탁하며, 계약과 점검을 통해 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 관리·감독합니다.

제8조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

회사는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 동의받은 범위에서 처리하며, 동의 또는 법령상 근거 없이 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
매칭·소셜 서비스의 성격상 회원이 공개하기로 선택한 표시 이름, 나이·성별, 사진, 소개, 키, 음주·흡연, 종교, 지역·거리, 활동·관계 정보의 일부가 다른 Tendy 회원에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 이는 회원 간 탐색·추천·대화 기능을 제공하기 위한 것이며, 전화번호, 정확한 생년월일, 정확한 좌표, 연락처 목록, 소셜 로그인 식별자 및 결제 정보는 공개하지 않습니다.
수사기관·법원 등 관계기관이 법령에 정한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우에는 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
그 밖에 제3자 제공이 필요한 경우 제공받는 자, 목적, 항목, 보유기간과 거부권을 알리고 사전 동의를 받습니다.

제9조 (개인정보의 국외 이전)

글로벌 인증·푸시·앱마켓 사업자의 서비스를 이용하는 과정에서 개인정보가 다음과 같이 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

회원은 해당 기능을 사용하지 않거나 고객지원에 요청하여 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 인증처럼 서비스 제공에 필수적인 처리를 거부하면 가입 또는 해당 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

회원의 권리와 안전조치

제10조 (정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·행사 방법)

회원은 언제든지 본인의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있고, 앱의 계정 삭제 기능으로 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
프로필·선호·위치·알림 등은 앱 설정에서 직접 변경할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 요청은 support@getnextio.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다.
회원은 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 필수 정보 처리를 거부하면 가입 또는 계약상 서비스 제공이 어렵고, 선택 정보 처리를 거부하면 해당 기능만 제한됩니다.
대리인이 권리를 행사하는 경우 회사는 위임장과 본인·대리인 확인자료를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사는 정당한 요청에 지체 없이 응답하고 법령상 제한 사유가 있으면 그 사유를 알립니다.
회원은 개인정보가 정확하도록 유지해야 하며, 다른 사람의 개인정보를 도용하거나 침해해서는 안 됩니다.

제11조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보조치)

회사는 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 접근권한 최소화와 정기 점검, 인증·권한 통제, 전송 구간 암호화, 중요 식별정보의 암호화 또는 일방향 변환, 접속기록 보관·위변조 방지, 보안 업데이트, 백업 및 사고 대응 절차 등 관리적·기술적·물리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.

제12조 (아동의 개인정보)

Tendy는 만 19세 이상의 성인만 가입할 수 있으며, 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 미성년자의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 미성년자의 가입 사실을 확인하면 계정 이용을 제한하고 관련 개인정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 법정대리인은 고객지원으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하고 회원의 문의·불만과 피해구제를 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정합니다.

제14조 (개인정보 처리방침의 변경)

이 방침은 서비스 화면 또는 회사가 운영하는 개인정보 페이지에 공개합니다.
내용을 변경하는 경우 시행일 7일 전부터 알립니다. 회원의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 시행일 30일 전부터 알리고 필요한 경우 새로 동의를 받습니다.

이 개인정보 처리방침은 2026년 7월 19일부터 시행합니다.

How We Process Personal Data

Nextio Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) operates Tendy (the “Service”) in compliance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

Article 1 (Purposes, Data, and Legal Grounds)

The Company processes the minimum data needed for the following purposes. A profile photo and location information are required for registration and provision of the basic Service; other optional data may be refused, although the related feature may then be limited.

Data may be collected from users, authentication or social-login providers, app stores, or automatically during use. Complete payment-card details are handled by the app store and are not stored by the Company.

Article 2 (Sensitive and Personal Location Information)

Potentially sensitive profile fields, such as religion, are optional and processed only with separate consent for the selected visibility and recommendation purposes. Precise location is required for registration and provision of the basic Service and is processed under separate location consent and the Location-Based Services Terms. Exact coordinates are not shown to other users. Users may refuse or withdraw location consent, but doing so will prevent or restrict registration or use of the basic Service.

Article 3 (App Permissions)

Photo/media access, which supports the required profile photo and chat uploads, and location access, which supports current-location and nearby features, are required permissions. Refusing or withdrawing either permission may prevent registration or use of the basic Service. Contacts and notifications are optional permissions used only for contact-based blocking and messages, likes, service, or safety notices. Permissions may be changed in operating-system settings. The Company accesses only data needed to provide the Service.

Article 4 (Automatically Collected Data)

IP address, access time, device and OS information, usage records, and error or security logs may be collected for stability, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. The mobile app does not use website cookies, and the Company currently does not use advertising identifiers for personalized ads. Future behavioral advertising will be disclosed and consented to as required.

Retention and Deletion

Article 6 (Deletion)

Data is securely deleted when its purpose or retention period ends. Data retained by law is separated and used only for the retention purpose. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be restored; paper is shredded or incinerated. Account deletion deactivates the account and profile and starts deletion, subject to legal retention and dispute needs.

The Company contractually supervises processors and requires secure handling.

Article 8 (Third-Party Disclosure)

The Company does not sell or disclose personal data beyond consent or law. User-selected public profile information may be shown to other Tendy users for discovery, recommendations, and chat. Phone numbers, exact birth dates, exact coordinates, contacts, social-login identifiers, and payment information are not public. Lawful requests from competent authorities may be honored within legal limits.

Article 9 (International Transfers)

Google LLC may receive authentication, login, device, push, and Google Play purchase data in the United States and other processing locations; Apple Inc. may receive Apple login and App Store transaction data in its processing locations. Transfers occur over encrypted networks when the feature is used and data is retained until the purpose is met, account deletion, or the provider's applicable period. Users may avoid the feature or contact Support to object, but essential authentication refusal may prevent registration or use.

Your Rights and Security

Article 10 (Data Subject Rights)

Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension, or withdrawal of consent and may delete their account. Profile, preferences, location, and notifications can be changed in the app; other requests go to support@getnextio.com. Required-data refusal may prevent registration or contractual service; optional-data refusal limits only the feature. Authorized agents may be asked for proof of authority and identity.

Article 11 (Security Measures)

The Company applies least-privilege access, periodic review, authentication and authorization controls, encryption in transit, encryption or one-way transformation of important identifiers, protected access logs, security updates, backups, and incident-response procedures.

Article 12 (Children)

Tendy is limited to adults aged 19 or older and does not intentionally collect minors' data. A confirmed minor account is restricted and the related data is promptly deleted. A legal representative may request deletion through Support.

Article 14 (Changes)

This Policy is published in the Service or on the Company's privacy page. Changes are announced at least seven days in advance, or 30 days in advance for changes materially affecting user rights, with renewed consent where required.

Supplement

This Privacy Policy takes effect on July 19, 2026.
